The National Awareness & Prevention 101 Online: Education & Prevention Program is designed to address the growing crisis caused by fentanyl and other synthetic opioids. With fentanyl-related overdose deaths on the rise—especially among adolescents and young adults—this program provides critical education, prevention tools, and resources to help save lives.

The program focuses on:

  • Raising awareness about the dangers of fentanyl
  • Teaching communities how to prevent overdose
  • Providing tools such as naloxone (Narcan) for emergency response

Our goal is simple but vital: to empower individuals and communities to make informed, life-saving decisions that reduce the risk of misuse, overdose, and death.

Program Objectives

    • Educate the public on how fentanyl is often mixed with other substances, posing deadly risks.
  2. Promote, Safe Practices

    • Provide hands-on training for students, parents, educators, and first responders.
    • Teach recognition of overdose symptoms and naloxone administration techniques.
